We are looking forward to an exciting school year at Inspire Me Preschool! On this page, we have the enrollment packet for 2026-27 school year. Please complete all forms and return within 14 days from receipt of this letter or by the first day of school.

Health Records
New students to InspireMe Preschool are required to have a current TB clearance*, updated immunizations and physical (Form 14) and 908 (Health Record Supplement) forms.
*No student will be allowed admittance without TB clearance: TB must have been done within a year of entering the school system.
Returning students or children transferring from another school do not need to obtain a new TB clearance. However, kindly submit an updated Form 14 if necessary.
